What you can do

Brighton & Hove libraries have so much to offer, all you have to do is choose what you want to do ....

Once you have joined you can browse our online catalogue and select the books, CDs, DVDs or audio books that you would like to borrow

You can find out about learning opportunities in your local library - sign up for a Silver Surfer session, study and research hobbies and interests, search newspaper archives, current journals and key reference books.

Use our free computer facilities - search the internet, use email or type up your CV. We also subscribe to a range of online resources - find out what's online

You can also help improve our services by getting involved with your local library.

Explore our services for children - capture their imaginations through storytime, baby boogie, quizzes and the numerous events held throughout the year.

If you enjoy reading and talking about books, why not join one of our book groups or get advice on how to set up your own. For booklists on different fiction genres and to find out about reading promotions in Brighton & Hove libraries, please go to the what shall I choose pages.

Breathe new life into your library - tell us what you have enjoyed, what you feel could be improved or added to our services
