- You may renew an item in person at any branch or by telephone (01273 296959). You can also renew online by visiting our online catalogue. Back to Top
- How to I reserve an item?
- You can reserve items from any library or you can do so through our online catalogue. To reserve items online use the search facility of the catalogue to find the item you want and then select the 'reserve' option. If the item you want is not in stock we will endeavour to obtain it for you through inter-library loan for a small charge. Back to Top
- What is a PIN and how do I get one?
- A PIN is a four digit number that provides an
extra level of security when using your library
card to reserve books, renew items by telephone,
or look up your personal information online. You will be given a PIN when you
register for your library card. If you do
not have a PIN, please visit any library

- What should I do if I lose my library membership card?
- Report the loss at once to any branch library,
by telephone or in person. You are responsible
for materials taken out with the card until
the card is reported lost or stolen. A small
fee is charged for a new card. Back to Top
- What should I do if I change address?
- If you change your address, please bring
a piece of mail postmarked within the last
two weeks or identification with your new
address to any library so that we can update our records. Back to Top
- Can I return or renew an item in a different library to the one I got it from?
- Yes. You may return and renew items at any
